Our Sales Policies:

All sales are on a first come-first serve basis. You may call to inquire and schedule
an appointment to purchase a rabbit posted for sale based on availability. Please
call promptly as rabbits sell very quickly after they are posted for sale. No deposits
excepted on pregnant does/unborn kits.

Holding Policy:

We will hold a rabbit with a 1/2 due total amount deposit. If after two weeks when
babies are weaned at 6 weeks you fail to pick up your rabbit, the rabbit will be up for
resale and you will NOT be refunded your deposit.

Full payment in cash or check is due at time of final sale.

No sales to children under 18years of age without an adult present.

Please do not have your children call or have ask me to speak with your child unless
they are old enough to understand what they purchasing. Purchasing a pet rabbit is
a serious commitment that requires an adults permission before purchasing.

NO SHIPPING RABBITS!

We reserve the right to refuse a sale of a rabbit for any reason.

Guarantee:

All rabbits come with a 6 month health guarantee. If a rabbit dies after the one month
after purchase we will replace it unless a Veterinarian determines that the rabbit died due to
a condition developing due to lack of care by the customer. If after taking your rabbit to a
veterinarian and a health problem other than caused by customer is diagnosed in
writing, you may return the rabbit for a full refund. ANY rabbit that is found to have a
hereditary health problem will be replaced. All of our rabbits are HAND raised for
gentle disposition and love of human interaction which is guaranteed or we will
replace your rabbit. Show quality is not implied and cannot be guaranteed in a junior
rabbit (under 6 months old). Breeding ability is not guaranteed in a rabbit that is not
proven. Proven means a senior rabbit over 6 months of age that has previously
raised successfully a litter.
